Grant R. Ellis, QPA, QKA, CRPC®
President


Grant Ellis has spent his career focusing on the complex world of retirement plans.  He began his career in retirement plan sales at a major international financial firm. 

After gaining experience in retirement plan sales, he joined Actuarial Services Group, Inc., which is now known as Ellis Benefits Group, Inc.  Ellis Benefits Group was founded by Grant's father Richard in 1989.  They provide retirement plan consultation and administration to clients across the country.  For more information, please visit their

Grant is now the Vice President of Ellis Benefits Group, Inc. as well as the President of Ellis Advisory Group, LLC.  He holds both a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation and a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and is an active member in the organization.  He is a Chartered Retirement Planning Couselor (CRPC) and holds his Series 6 and Series 63 registrations through FINRA as well as his licenses for Life, Accident, Health, Sickness & Variable Products.

Grant is very active in the Nashville community.   He is a 2011 board member on the Financial Planning Association (FPA), an intern on the board of the Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity, a member of
 the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce, the Phoenix Club of Nashville, the Medical Group Management Association, the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management and an active volunteer with Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.  Grant was also appointed to the Young Leaders Council in 2010, and completed the progam in December of 2010.

 

Grant and his wife Cara reside in Nashville, TN.  In his free time he enjoys playing golf, tennis, running, and spending time with his wife and friends.  He and his wife are also members of Brentwood Baptist Church.
